If there's any doubt of the enduring popularity of THE BRAIN THAT WOULDN'T DIE (1962), just check out the several AMMY pages of DVDs that this camp classic is featured on. Here, a doc's GF is decapitated in a car crash. He keeps her severed head alive in a pan of blood while searching for an appropriate "donor." Even though she has no lungs, the mazard is able to speak to him! It's the silliest damn thing you've ever seen.

The "living woman's head" concept was reprised in MARS ATTACKS! (1996), only this time, the victim's nob is intentionally severed, kept alive and then sewn onto a chihuahua's body! Sarah Jessica Parker never looked so fetching (giggle).
