This documentary features interviews with farmers in the Langhe area of Piedmont, specifically those who are not willing to succumb to mass commercialism. They are the few rebels holding on to respect for the land and historic farming methods, and in this documentary we hear from them, as well as approach the question of whether these artisanal farming and production methods are even possible in the modern age.
